Colour-and-weave
Pinwheel
A colour order of two-and-two run over a turned twill spins the dark and light into little windmills, each block rotating against its neighbour.
Pinwheel is a colour effect drawn in indigo warp over natural weft - woven in a single colour the same threads would read as a quiet 2/2 twill, and the whole figure comes from the order of dark and light.
